1. We process order with the cut off time 3.00pm daily. If you order after the last cut off time, item will be shipped only the next working day.

2. All items must be paid in full before we process the delivery.

3. We use City-Link Express for all delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart

4. To track your order status, use the "Order Tracking" link on our website by entering the Order number.
